About Ceract
We built Ceract because we were tired of watching great products lose customers to silence.
Most companies spend 80% of their marketing budget acquiring customers — and almost nothing keeping them. The tools that exist are either too slow, too complex, or built for a world where batch campaigns were enough. That world is gone. Ceract is what comes next.

Why we exist

Ceract was founded in 2023 by a team that had lived on both sides of the problem — building CRM systems for telcos with 40M subscribers, and running growth at startups where every churned user felt personal.

We kept running into the same wall: the gap between when a customer made a decision and when the business could respond was too wide. By the time a churn signal was detected, segmented, reviewed, campaign-approved, and sent — the customer had already left. Or bought from someone else. Or simply forgotten you existed.

We knew the data was there. The signals were real. The problem wasn't intelligence — it was speed of execution. So we built an engine that closes that gap to under 20 milliseconds.
